the other day I saw a lovely comment from She Walks IIn Beauty telling me that I was given the Stylish Blogger Award!

Here are my 7 things:

♥ I look a lot older than I am, I'm only 15. Many people think I'm way older.

Funny story, one time I walked into Ulta and this grown man came up to me and said "I saw you walking in and I thought that you were just gorgeous and I just had to tell you. Are you married?"

My response, "Um, no I'm 14 (this was in the summer)."

Him: "Do you have a boyfriend? If you do he's one lucky guy, and if you don't then they don't know what they're missing out on."

This is a true story, needless to say I was kind of creeped out!

♥ I watch a lot of TV. I love anything on Bravo, I watch Greys Anatomy, Private Practice, Iron Chef, How I Met Your Mother, Project Runway (etc..)

♥ I've actually met Patrick Dempsey (aka McDreamy from Greys)

I was like 10 or so, here's a picture.

♥ I absolutely love reading. I read a lot! Some of my favorite authors are Jodi Picoult, Sophie Kinsella, Sidney Sheldon, Eileen Goudge. When I was younger I was obsessed with the Nancy Drew series (old, new, whatever!).

Then I found out that Carolyn Keene was just a ghost writer, and it was actually like a group of people who wrote all the books.

♥ I used to be a dog person and then I met Java (my little baby!) and know I'm split! It's 50/50!

We have Colby (and he is crazy) now but, we used to have a black lab he had to put down a little less than a year ago because he had cancer.

♥ I cry at movies, all the sudden my eyes well up and I just can't help it!

♥ I'm actually a natural blonde, I've never had highlights, dye, anything. I get so many questions about my hair!

Seven VERY random things about me!

1. I've been best friends with my best friend since the 4th grade.

2. I've seen every episode of Dawsons Creek, Gilmore Girls, and Desperate Housewives. TV-aholic much?

3. Not many of my friends know about my blog.

4. I like my stuff to be all nice and organized.

5. I kind of hold grudges but, I'm slowly learning to let go and let the people that once hurt me back into my life.

6. I get stressed out really easily.

7. I complain a lot. Sometimes for no reason.

1. why did you create this blog?

I created this blog because I needed a place to talk about beauty and fashion because my best friend just doesn't get my addiction!

2. what kind of blogs do you follow?

Fashion, beauty, some cooking, some traveling.

3. favourite makeup brand

Well I quite enjoy Stila.

4. favourite clothing brand

Don't really have a favorite. I like Kohls, Forever 21, New York and Company, and many other stores!

5. indispensable makeup product

Um, I guess powder or concealer. Or lipgloss.

Okay, another random fact I suck at making choices for these types of posts!

6. favourite colour

Purple (then pink, blue,)

7. favourite perfume

DKNY Be Delicious is very delicious!

8. favourite film

How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.

Also I love anything with Julia Roberts.

9. what country would you like to visit and why?

France, I'm taking French now and I think it would an amazing experience.

10. make the last question yourself and answer - what is your makeup pet peeve?

I hate people who ring a bunch of black liner on the water line for no point. Also unblended foundation.

My 7 things:


1. I am starting high school this year (and I'm slightly terrified.)

2. I don't like sticky things like tape or stickers, strange I know.

3. I am a proud owner of a snuggie! I had wanted one for months and my Aunt Chrissy gave one to me for my birthday, I was so excited!

4. I like to shop sales, example: I won't buy VS boyfriend sweats unless they are on sale.

5. I quit drinking soda, it gives me a stomach ache.

6. I have this annoying habit where I have to look at the makeup selection in every store I go to!


7. I can't sleep with my closet doors open because once I watched a Criminal Minds episode where some person hid in this girls closet and then killed her. You would think this would make me want to sleep with it open but no it's closed! I watched this episode like months ago and it has still affected me! Yeah very stange.

1) Magazines, books, blogs.
I feel like you can find great new ideas to try out and they really inspire me to try new things.

Music really inspires me to do things. When I'm in the mood to really move I put on my favorite dance songs, when I'm upset I turn to songs that are slower. Music always inspires me to get up and move.
