Hello fashionistas!
This weekend I went shopping with a few friends on Saturday. We had loads of fun and bought quite a few adorable things. I love shopping with girlfriends, they are always the most honest with you (right next your mom)! Here are some pictures of what I bought. I actually went back on Sunday with my mom because I did not buy a pair of shoes from H&M, but I decided I still wanted them and went back. I also picked up a few things on the return mall trip.. You all know how it is!
This first shirt is from H&M. Our H&M just opened and there were people everywhere. I had to wait in line for a dressing room for almost 25 minutes! I decided to buy this shirt because it is incredibly soft and I thought it would be a good basic addition to my wardrobe.
These are the flats that I had to go back to H&M to buy. I really like them because they're a lovely teal color that will be perfect for a pop of color in fall outfits. Plus they were only $15, steal!
I bought another shirt from the Gap because one really cannot ever own too many tee shirts. It's a little big, but I like it that way.
My mom and I stopped in JCP and I fell in love with this slouchy, bright blue sweater. It's a cashmere blend and is incredibly soft. I basically want to snuggle up in it forever.. (;
I think I'm going to wear this for picture day at school because the blue will make my eyes pop.
I ran across this gem of a dress at Forever 21. I bought for homecoming (which is sometime next month). Get ready for the ridiculousness of this statement... You've been warned.
I'm actually not going to go to the dance, I'm just going to get ready with some friends, take pictures, do the dressed up dinner thing, and head home. School dances have never been my thing, not really a fan of the 'dancing' that goes on. Anyways, this kelly green dress fit the bill (price wise and style wise) for my 'homecoming.'
This was the other item that I purchased at Forever 21. I love large statement necklaces and the braided beading is super chic. I couldn't believe that this was under $10.
My buy is from the Loft. I had originally tried this shirt on and the one below, but opted to only buy the one on the bottom. The entire store was having a 40% off sale, but I thought it was only full priced items only, so I didn't buy the shirt above because it was on sale. I kept thinking about this shirt, so the girls and I walked back to the Loft and I bought it! It ended up also being in the 40% off sale, so it was only $13. I adore the leopard pattern.
This is the last shirt that I bought from the Loft. I love the subtle ribbing and the peter pan jeweled collar. It's chic and comfortable. I can envision many outfits with this top!
Have you guys done any shopping lately?
Loads of love and I promise not to abandon the blog again!
