Sometimes I cannot get the motivation to drive to the gym and do a long workout, but I feel too guilty to skip a workout. Here is the perfect fix, a quick workout that targets specific body parts and can be accomplished from your home. All while you're catching up on your DVRed episodes of Vanderpump Rules. Or maybe that's just me..
I did this workout today. I also added 3 sets of 12 bicep curls, tricep extensions, and shoulder presses.
Not everyday requires a long haul on the elliptical and weightlifting for a half hour! Next time I do this workout I will probably add more squats and lunges.
This quote pretty much sums up my attitude towards my workout today. I may have not gone crazy today, but a little bit is more than nothing. Don't forget that every step you take is still a step taken, no matter how small!
