I have a requested review on ELF's Cream Eyeliner for you all today.

| Natural light, this a very light swatch. I didn't layer it on my hand. |

| I wiped each spot with a paper towel for 10 seconds, this was after I wiped. |
I really like this eyeliner, it is very easy to work with, it doesn't slide off, and it's very black.
Also, it's only a mere $3.00! I think the packaging is very sleek, especially for the $3 price.

I fell in love with the Wet n Wild cream liner that my makeup artist friend swears by and let me tell you...you need a chemist to create a solution to take that stuff off!! It is there to last! It too is very easy to apply. Thanks for sharing this! Kiah
