Last Week in Pictures

Hello my beautiful fashionistas!

I thought I'd show you a glimpse into last week, it was a busy week!

1.) Me messing around on my webcam. I had MAC's melon pigment on my eyes in case anyone was wondering, I don't recall the other products! 

2.) My sleepy bebe! Mr. Java. just lazing around. He's so cute! 

3.) David Cook's new CD titled This Loud Morning. I'm so in love with this CD! I saw him in concert back in 8th grade, he's so good. 

4.) I'm a huge fan of Lousie Bagshawe, her books are scandalous and filled with plot twists! The Go-To Girl was no different, you should definitely check her books out. I finished this book and two others that I would have pictured had I not lent them to Mel. 

5.) I spent a good 2 days painting last week. This is your little preview into what my room looks like...!

6.) Mel and I being funny and posing with our rollers! Aren't we cute? 

This was last week, I'll do another post next week about this week. Does that make any sense at all? 

I hope it does!

Today I did some stuff around the house, nothing special. 

Tomorrow I'm packing for vacation. I am the worst at packing, I always overpack. Seriously... I can never decided just how MANY pairs of shoes to bring.

Smoky Candy Cane EOTD

Hey fashionistas!

I hope you all had an amazing Christmas (and if you don't celebrate Christmas I hope you had an amazing day!).

Here's the "Smoky Candy Cane" look.

My eyebrows looked all funky in these pictures, they did not look like this the rest of the day.

This is the palette that I used for most of the colors. I hadn't used this in a long time!

• VS Creme Shadow for a base
• Essence Surfer Palette the white color for my inner corner color
• Flirt Limited Edition palette from 2008, I used the last color in the 4th row from my inner 2/3 of my eye outwards
• Then I used the 4th color in the 2nd row on the outer corner.
• I used the 2nd to last color in the last row in my crease/outer corner
• For my highlight I used the top color on the left of the Vanity palette from Wet n' Wild
• Stila smudge pot in black
• Rimmel Lash Maxx
• Maybelline Falsies

For some reason this just really reminds me of a candy cane!

I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas! Here's what our tree looked like before we opened presents.

My sister bought Java a little shirt (hehehe!) so here's Christmas Java!

His shirt said "Sorry Santa I ate the cookies."

My Day in Pictures (and a few words...)

Hey dolls!

This is my dad while he was taping the walls to paint and our cats always jump up there and he was pretending to be a cat! This made me laugh so hard! No I do not know what's up with his socks!

Nothing like a little biology to put you to sleep!

I was reading about plants in case you were curious, and no it wasn't for fun; I have a test on Thursday and decided to read 2 out of the 3 chapters today.

Java literally jumped in my lap while I was reading some of the chapters for biology and scooted the book over. Well he didn't but he made me! He proceeded to sleep on my lap for quite a long time.

I decorated a boring notebook today, I got this great idea from Caro over at *Caroleena85*.

If you aren't already following her then I suggest you do! She has really good crafty ideas and cute outfits!

Poll and Update

Hey fashionistas, sorry for the major lack of posts!

I haven't posted for a WEEK I have feel so guilty!

Last Wednesday is when my consistent blogging went downhill, I woke up and didn't feel good that day so I stayed home from school and didn't do a post.

Then Thursday I planned on posting but, I had a government and geometry test to study for!

Friday I was packing for my trip that my mom, aunt, and I took over the weekend.

Saturday we drove there and when we got to the hotel I had planned to do a post or two.

Turns out they didn't have free wifi. What the heck! Who doesn't have that!

So I didn't get back until Sunday night and yesterday I wasn't up to posting so needless to say I've seriously slacked off!

Which stinks because I had done a post for everyday of the month (or two if I had slacked one day) up until last Tuesday.

Thanksgiving break started today (after school) so I will be able to do some posts(:

This is my mom and I while on our mini vacation at dinner.

Here's the poll.

1. Mood: Sleepy, longggg day. I am going to bed after this little post.
2. What are you thankful for this year? My family, my friends. This year a lot of people that I'm close to have gone through some bad things and I'm glad that they're all still with us.

3. Do you have a pet? Three technically. I have one cat who's mine. His name is Java. Then there is my mom's cat Cocoa (who I don't like, she is a beasttt). Then we have the other monster Colby (the puppy)!
4. How many hours do you sleep at night? 7-8 for a school night, if it's the weekend I would love for more but I never truly sleep in until noon or anything.
5. What beauty invention do you wish someone would invent? A dark circle corrector, I have some serious dark circles right now!

6. Your most embarrassing moment? So many. My most recent one was almost a year ago, I was in a restaurant with my best friend, my mom, and my sister, and my best friend said something totally unexpectedly hysterical and I had just taken a sip of my drink and it came out of my nose and then I threw up I was laughing so hard. Mortifying!
7. Your all-time favorite TV show? Gossip Girl. Other's include Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives and the Real Housewives (except Orange County- I never watched it, Atlanta, and DC)
8. Lipgloss applicators — brush or doe foot? If it's a nice brush then a brush. If not then doe foot.
9. Pajama pants in public: fashion forward or faux pas? Since when is this normal? I've worn pajamas once in public (other then when I was say 4) and that was to school ON PAJAMA DAY!

10. Weekly goals: Sleep, read chapters 7,8,9 (haha) for biology, workout 4 times this week, and start a new book! I just finished Twenties Girl by Sophie Kinsella,it was really good. Oh and do some more posts on here!

I haven't forgotten about the ELF haul I asked about in my last post. I will be doing that tomorrow! I promise(:

Oh and for those of you who haven't seen Prince Java before, here he is!

And here's Colby, I don't have any pictures of Cocoa (she's an all black kitty).

My Boys

These are my two boys... My pets!


This is my baby! My mom adopted him for me at a pet store where an adoption day was going on, I was so glad I found him. I had to beg my mom to get him for me! He is so sweet, I'll add a photo from when he was a teeny tiny kitten. His name is Java(:

Colby after puppy class in the backseats(: He was so tired, and is NEVER that calm.
Technically Colby is more like the family dog, but I call him mine. Sometimes he drives me crazy!

Oh Java.

Hey guys(:
So as I was catching up on my Youtube subscriptions I heard something in my kitchen. And guess what it was, no not a burglar, just my cat. Java (he's about 9 months old but I've only had him since he was like 3 months old) has this very very strange obsession with straws. Like the kind you drink out of. No matter what it is in like a regular cup from home or a to go cup from Starbucks. He likes to paw it out and play with it on the floor. Needless to say this can (and usually does) result in spilled milk.. Haha, that was corny. So back to my story, I heard a noise and I run out and what do I see, one kitten up on the kitchen table and my cup that was half full of water knocked over. So I pick up Java and wipe off his now wet paws and he starts to meow at me, like it's my fault that his paws are wet! Well excuse me Java, I'm not the one who had to have the straw! I didn't have a real busy day, we took Colby to get his final vaccines and then I babysat for about an hour tonight. That's about it. Oh and I'll attach a photo of Java being not so destructive...
