Nail of the Day

Hey fashionistas!
Thanks for all of the get well wishes(:
I had some exciting things to post about today but, I'm just not feeling up to it. Whenever I feel better I'll show you what I got for Christmas and my overdue birthday "haul".

I wanted to show you the new polish I picked up the other day.
It's Wet n' Wild's "Wild Card", the number is 465.

The color pictured above is more darker than it is in real life.

It's a nice purple with a pink shimmer running through it. It went on sheer so I put on 3 coats. I didn't mind doing 3 coats because it dried super fast! This is pretty true to life.
Excuse my dry cuticles!

This is day 2 with 3 coats on.

Here's the rundown:
Price- 5/5
Application: 4/5
Wear time: 4/5
Repurchase: Yes, I would

Overall rating: A

I think you guys should definitely check this out. It's only $1 so even if you don't end up liking it won't break the bank.

Smoky Brown Polish Review/NOTD

Hello dolls!
I have a little review/NOTD of Elf's Smoky Brown polish. No I was not sent this nor am I being paid to review this. I just really like this polish and a few people requested to see a NOTD with it.

*Image taken from E.L.F. website*
This is the image shown on the site, I must say that in real life this looks nothing like it. It shows up WAY more grey on the site and in real life it's way more brown.

This is very true to color in real life. It's much more of a brown with a bit of grey. On other blogger's reviews they said this was a 'greige' (grey beige) color. I feel as if it is more of brey (brown grey, hehe).
It's a really great creme polish.

I've had it on for over two days and it hasn't chipped. I used 2 coats and a top coat. I'm really rough on my nails and being in pottery makes my polish chip all of the time so I'm impressed that this had held up.
I actually got a couple of compliments on this polish.

This picture I just took before doing this post, so this polish has gone through two days of pottery class!

Overall Ratings

Price: 5/5
Packaging: 4/5
Quality: 5/5
Would I re-purchase? Yes I would. I think next I make an ELF order I will probably buy another one.

Now for a side ramble!
I'm super excited for tomorrow, it's my 15th birthday! Which means I am technically legal to get my permit but, I probably won't get it until January because I haven't had any time to study for the test.
Tonight I'm going to my best friend's winter guitar concert.

That's about it!

This is what I had on my nails a couple of days ago.

It has blueish purple undertones. I adore this nail polish. So does my best friend.

NOTD

Hello again my lovelies(:

I was going to do my August Faves but then I thought about having to take pictures/swatches and I was like well I'll just do it tomorrow. Lazy, I know!

This is Goldie's Creepy Groovy and it is 2 coats with a base coat. Oh and there isn't a top coat on.

This was available at Bath and Body Works and then they stopped carrying Goldie there. Why, I do not know.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out how fast it's dry time is, very fast!

It is a brownish color with a bit of gold shimmer running through it. Overall I definitely think this will be on my nails during fall. I don't know where you can purchase it now and I don't know how much it was because it was a gift from a friend last year.
