Thanksgiving Sweater Dress

Hello fashionistas!
I wanted to share my Thanskgiving outfit of the day with you all. We went over to my dad's brother's house and had lunch with his family. Later on tonight I'm going over to do dessert with my boyfriend's family. Tomorrow morning the boyfriend and I are doing some Black Friday shopping at the mall. Are any of you braving the crowds?

Before I do that I just wanted to tell you guys what I'm thankful for this year. I'm thankful for all of my lovely readers, you guys are what keeps me motivated to post. I'm thankful for my family, friends, my best friend, and my boyfriend. I love all of you. My life has changed so much in the past year and I'm thankful for having you all to help me transition.

Anyways, onto what I wore!

Dress: Target Shoes: Belk Earrings: Forever 21 Headband: Kohl's

I decided to pair a berry sweater dress that I wore to my birthday party last year for Thanksgiving. I paired it with purple and gold drop studs. I wore my black pointed toe kitten heels for a little bit of height! I paired a long black cardigan with it, but I didn't picture it with this outfit. I love wearing berry colors around the holidays. I added a Gossip Girl touch by donning a headband.

I went with neutral eye makeup and made my lips pop with a berry color. The color showed up more hot pink in the pictures, but it's actually more like a darker berry. I rocked the second day hair and curled it. My bangs were being annoying so I went with a headband.

I hope you all spent the day with your loved ones. If you're going Black Friday shopping I wish you all the best of luck!

Loads of love!

Cheery Easter Brunch Outfit

Hello fashionistas!
For Easter the family and I went out to brunch at the Hyatt. I love going out on Easter because it is a great reason to get dressed up in adorable, cheery dresses. I did not waste this opportunity to whip out the hot pink dress that my Nana bought me a few months ago! I had been saving it for this exact occasion.

Dress & bracelet: Belk Jacket: JCP Shoes: Aerosoles

I love the pink shade of this dress. So bright and it makes quite a statement! The subtle textured polka dots make me extremely happy because of my polka dot obsession. I like the neckline of this dress because it's low enough to be feminine, but high enough that I don't have to wear a tank-top to avoid any unladylike situations! The ruffles are super cute, I'm glad that they didn't make the ruffles a different color; multicolored ruffles would've been too much! I wore it with my jean blazer because I thought it would be cold at brunch- it was! Paired with my favorite black wedges and classic silver bracelet.

I kept my hair and makeup very simple. Went with my stand by neutral smokey eye with loads of mascara.
I wore my hair straight because I didn't feel like curling it. It was super windy over the weekend and I didn't want to spend the time curling it for it to be all wind whipped.

I spent the day enjoying my final day of spring break with my best friend, Lily. Great way to end my break.
I promise I'll do a spring break snapshot post this week, many pictures to share with you all! It has been a fabulous spring break. Seriously dreading going back to school tomorrow. Can't I just sleep in and relax forever?

Christmas Presents!

Hello fashionistas!
I wanted to share my Christmas presents with you all. I want to say that I am not trying to brag about what I received, I just want to show it to you all.

Also, hope you all had a fabulous New Years Eve and continue to have a fabulous New Year!
I'm off to go shopping with my mom and her friend and then see the movie New Years Eve. Bon Jovi on the big screen is kind of great! I love that man.

I'd been telling my mom I wanted a back up of Naked 1 and so she got me one. My aunt had bought 2 of the original with the double ended liner, so I have an original one!
My aunt got me Naked 2!!!!!! I was so excited! The Naked palettes are pretty much Urban Decay's best idea ever. I love both of them so much.

My cousin saw on my blog that I wanted the Mariposa palette, so she got it for me! I love Urban Decay shadows. She also saw how I wanted a berry lipstick and gloss and also bought me that. Can't wait to do some cool looks with it.

My Nana bought me the Safari neutrals paintbox, it's has really cool packaging.
My friend Alex bought me the Stila daydreamer palette.
My mom bought me the Balm and the Beautiful palette because I had seen it while we were shopping and told her I really wanted it and she had set it away for Christmas.

I've had a very makeup-y Christmas! My friends and family know me really well!

I love the burnout, oval dot pattern of this shirt. The shape is very flattering, I've already worn it!

Mom also got me this shirt. It's a very similar shape to the one before. I need to iron it before I wear it! I love the sequin neckline.

Detail shot.

My mom's bestie bought me this shirt. It's an asymmetrical, chevron pattern shirt. I love it! Will definitely be pairing this with a blazer.

The first two were from my mom and the last one is from my Nana. I don't own many long sleeve shirts, so I was glad to get these!

Mom bought me this adorable polka dotted scarf. I'm going through a polka dot phase right now. I'm trying to find a shirt with them that I love.

Another gift I had picked out months in advance. I told my dad I wanted these (and took a reference picture for him so he could find them again)! They're glazed goat loafers. Super comfortable and classy!

My sister bought me this jewelry box and put some jewelry in it. I absolutely love it. It has a bottom drawer for bracelets and such.

The earring set is also from my mom's bestie. The bracelet was in the jewelry box from my sister. The necklace and two other pairs of earrings are from my mom. She put them in my stocking.

The sweater saver was another stocking stuffer from the momma! My sister also bought me these cute nail files.

My Nana bought me this bracelet because she has one just like it and I always borrow it! I love it so much.

Lily bought me the Very Hollywood perfume because she knew how badly I wanted it.
My mom bought me the rollerball version of Very Hollywood (and it has a lipgloss on one end and I love it) and the Jennifer Aniston rollerball. They all smell so good!

My mom had known I wanted this and did a little creeping on my blog wishlist. Was really excited when I opened this!

My best friend Melissa framed this picture of Lily, her, and I.
I adore this present, it means so much to me because it's my two favorite people!

Melissa also bought me the Heritage Pumpkin candle and Lily bought me the Hot Buttered Rum candle. The three of us have a candle obsession.

Mel also bought me these super soft, comfortable, warm, penguin jammies! They're so snuggly!

I also have a bunch of gift cards to spend. Lots of Sephora money (=

Thank you so much to everyone for everything. I love it all!

Easter Brunch/Outfit of the Day

Happy late Easter fashionistas!
Here is what I wore to brunch with the family!

Skirt, camisole, and earrings: Forever 21 Shoes: Aerosoles (Ross) Shrug: Ross Bracelet: Belk

I hate these outfit pictures, I look extremely awkward!

Creepy bunny at brunch. This is my sister Sierra (or as I call her "Chez")
Sorry the lighting is so bad, and for the fact that my skirt is too high in this!
Chezzy Boo!

Nana and Mom
Nana, Dad, and Mom.
Brunch was at the Hyatt in Jacksonville. This was our view, we saw a lot of boats passing by!

My aunt Chrissy and I (uhm, more awkward pictures of me).
I had to snap a picture of the deserts! I loved the one with the chocolate straw, so good! The cappachino thing was really gross, I couldn't eat it! Other than that, brunch was great!

I hope you all had a fabulous Easter!

Lots of love!

Late Valentines Day OOTD

Hello fashionistas!
Sorry for not posting this outfit on Valentines Day, the day just flew by!

Shirt: Forever 21
Cardigan: Target
Jeans: GV
Shoes: Ross
Rings: Mom's (you can't see them, sorry!)

Do you like the cliche pink on V-day?
I also did pink and purple makeup, sorry I didn't get a picture of it!

I'm so sorry for the crappy quality of these pictures, my mom and I were literally about to dash out the door!

How was your Valentines Day?
I spent mine as a single lady and laughed a lot at 'super romantic' couples in the halls at school.
At my school we do singing valentines and your friends buy them and groups come into your class and sing and dance to you.
My best friend Melissa bought me a Justin Beiber (and for the record I do NOT have Beiber fever!) . I had 7 guys serenading me in biology to JB's 'Baby'. Embarrassing? Yes. Hysterical? Yes!
Thanks Mel for mortifying me! ♥
Hope you all had a great day!

Loads of love!
