Pearls and Pink

Hello fashionistas!

Another one of my outfit of the days. I love sharing these with you all.

Sorry for my hair in these photos. Due to where I part my bangs they kind of poofed up when I brushed them back and my part must have not stayed evenly together in the back. Oh well. 

I woke up craving to wear a headband. I go through phases where I want to wear headbands 24/7 and then I just stop. I think the headband phase is back on. 

Simple, soft makeup. Pale brown eye makeup and a pink lipstick with a clear gloss over it. Glowing pink cheeks and I was ready to go.

Again, apologies for the pictures. For some reason it blurred, but this was the only full length one I had. 

I wanted to wear this dusty pink, beaded top to school. I paired it with my trusty black blazer, trouser jeans, and a black heels. Accessorized with my favorite silver bracelet and silver studs. 

See the bracelet? It's probably one of my favorite pieces of jewelry, next to my Tiffany's necklace! It's such a simple piece, but I like the contrast between the swirls and sleek silver.

Pops of Pink and Tweed

Hello fashionistas!

First off I want to say sorry for the awkward factor of these photos. I look so awkward! I was freezing and running late. Plus this blazer never photographs as cutely as it actually looks! Which irritates me to no end. Anyways, I decided to wear this outfit because the pink scarf really complimented the blazer. I paired it with a soft pink because I wasn't in the mood for black! Also, I wore this last week. 

Excuse the fact that one sleeve is cuffed and the other isn't. I was so scattered that morning!

I'm thinking I need to wear this scarf more often; I really love the color and casual fringe! It's also incredibly warm. 

My history exam was extremely easy, I finished in 30 minutes and had an entire hour to sit. My French exam was not easy. It was actually really hard. Today I took my math and chemistry exams and those were both pretty difficult. 

Tomorrow I have my english and AP 3D exams. My AP 3D exam is actually just a critique, should be easy. My english exam is just a standard exam and seen as I'm in a college level english class I'm not worried. 

Can't wait for tomorrow to be over because I don't have to go to school on Friday because my AP 3D class is a 6/7, so I don't have another exam.

Haul- MAC, Sephora, Bath and Body Works, and Gap

Hello fashionistas!

Last night the family and I went to the mall. I had to exchange my gap jim jam (pajama) pants for a different size. Turns out they were almost completely out of all pajamas, so I had to get a different pair. Still, very cute!

As usual I walked away from the mall with more things than I planned on buying. 

The loot! 

MAC lipstick in the shade 'Speed Dial', it's a cremesheen. A wallflower in the scent 'Salty Caramel' from Bath and Body Works. While there I also purchased a 'pocket bac' in the scent 'Caribbean Escape' and a CO. Bigelow lipgloss in the flavor 'Spiced Vanilla Chai'. Then I wandered down to Sephora and picked up this delicious Body Shop body butter cream in 'Cocount'. 

Everything I bought smells divine. I'm in absolute love with the lipgloss. It's like Starbucks on my lips. What's not to love?

Here's a swatch of Speed Dial. I like that it has more of a glossy feel to it than most lipsticks. Definitely a good addition to my ever growing collection. 

These were the jim jam pants from Gap that I purchased. An off white with silver, glitter stripes running through them. 

Tomorrow my friends, my mom's friends, and my sister's friends are coming over for a little Christmas present exchange party. I came up with the idea that it should be a pajama party, so I'm wearing these. Can't wait to see my girls!

Mini Haul - Gap

Hello fashionistas!

Yesterday I had my dentist appointment for "pre-cavity treatment" and it took almost two hours; the dentist was behind schedule. I've never had any work done before yesterday and I was shocked when they put a giant needle in my mouth not once, but twice! It wasn't the most pleasant experience, but once it was numbed I didn't feel a thing. 

Anyways, after the dentist my mom and I went over to the mall and met two of her good friends. 

I had to do Christmas shopping for my mom, sister, and dad. I accomplished it all, I also finished my two best friend's presents. Very excited to give everyone their gifts! 

I couldn't help going to the mall and buying myself a little something.. 

I was in Gap and found a really cute top, a long sleeve shirt, and some pajama pants (or jim jams as my best friend and I call them)!

I purposely bought this shirt a size too big so that when I wear it it will look drape-y. I'm thinking about wearing this on Christmas day..

Strange theme in this haul is my two dusky pink shirts. Whenever I go shopping I always seem to buy multiple things in the same color. Does anyone else do that?!

Gap was having an additional 40% off of what was already on sale. I didn't know this until I checked out, I had about $50 dollars worth of stuff (I bought presents for my dad and sister) and when I checked out the woman said "30 dollars" and some odd cents. I was shocked! Then I came back with my mom and she shopped a bit more.

You all should definitely go check out Gap right now! 

While taking pictures for this blog post I realized that I grabbed an small in the pajama pants instead of a large ( I like my jim jams roomy); so sometime next week I'm going to have to go exchange them.
