Haul Time

Hello fashionistas!

Sorry for being a wee bit missing this week. My life has been super hectic and stressful this week. I would have posted on Friday, when things finally slowed down, but I went out with my boyfriend to see The Fray play. The concert was really good, sadly didn't snap any pictures of the concert/what I wore. 

Any-who, I did a little shopping today and thought I'd whip out a quick post to share it with you guys!

My mom had to run into Petco and Ross was next door, so I ran in there for a few minutes. 

Walked away with this super cute Tommy Hilfiger bag and a few other items. Instead of ordering any of the Aldo bags I posted about I decided to get this. It's perfect for me and for summer! I love the pink and white mixed with a splash of red and the warm brown handles/piping are great. 

I needed another pair of black wedges because my Aerosoles were getting worn like nobody's business! 

So, I picked these up from Ross. Comfortable and a nice height. What's not to love? 

Randomly tried on this dress and decided that I had to have it! It hits right at my knees and ties in the back. 

I like that the back has a sassy little cut out. Will definitely be getting a lot of wear out of this during the summer.This was also purchased at Ross. 

Next weekend I'm going to the wedding that I've been talking about for ages and I needed new black pumps to go with my dress. I can't wait to take outfit pictures that night to share with you all. These are from Kohl's. 

My all time favorite concealer was out, so I obviously had to repurchase! I actually had my dad do it for me because he was out at a conference all week in Las Vegas and was staying in the Venetian hotel and they have a Sephora about 2.5 seconds away, so I requested that he pick me up another concealer instead of buying me a souvenir. He said he showed the text to one of the assistants at the store and that they "went right to it" and he said he was "very impressed." Oh dad. I also requested a Las Vegas pen, but he forgot about that. 

I'm super exhausted, so I'm off to go curl up into my bed. 

I'm beaching it with the boyfriend tomorrow, can't wait!

Wear Green, Go Green.

Hello fashionistas!

I wanted to share the outfit I wore on my actual birthday to school. Are you all tired of all the birthday related posts? I promise this is the last post until next birthday! (;

Dress & Blazer: Target Tights: CVS Shoes: Ross Tank top: Costco Necklace Tiffany & Co Bracelet: Forever 21

I bought this dress a week before my birthday and decided to just save it to wear on my birthday. I don't know if it's just me, but I love wearing something new on my birthday (or any special day). I feel like it just puts a little more pep in your step. Is it just me?

I debated on wearing my black, pinstripe, boyfriend blazer, but I decided that this boyfriend blazer looked better. Sometimes you can go overboard on black.

Meant to share this tidbit with you all, my group project/song for history got put into the 'save' folder! She liked it so much that it's going to be used as an example next year; we were all really proud of ourselves.

Tomorrow I'm going in early to finish up my chemistry test, wish me luck because I'm going to need it!

On Friday I have a dentist appointment, so no school. Winter break starts early for me!

Homecoming 2011

Hello fashionistas!

As promised, here is my homecoming 2011 post!

I went with my best friend Lily, Kali, Asia, and Isabella. We had a really fun time! 

Here are some of pictures we took.

Lily and I both went for black dresses with a pop of color in the shoes. Seen as the theme was "neon nights" I chose bright blue, suede heels. 

My eye makeup. I wish I could remember what I had used, but I don't really recall what it was.

Anyone else find it hysterical how Lily manages to STILL tower over us in flats while we all had on high heels? I'm so envious of her height.

After the many pictures were taken (we must have taken over a 100 pictures) we went out to dinner at a local seafood restaurant. Then we went to homecoming. Danced it up and had some good laughs. All in all it was pretty grand night!

Easter Brunch/Outfit of the Day

Brunch was at the Hyatt in Jacksonville. This was our view, we saw a lot of boats passing by!

I had to snap a picture of the deserts! I loved the one with the chocolate straw, so good! The cappachino thing was really gross, I couldn't eat it! Other than that, brunch was great!

Outfit of the Day and My 200th Post!

Hello my dearest fashionistas,

I have an outfit of the day one what I wore to school last Monday.

I bought this dress and cardigan over spring break and I absolutely love them together!

When I bought them I hadn't planned on wearing them together but, they work so well together!

Oh, in case any of you were wondering, this cardigan is from the Lauren Conrad line for Kohls. 

This post is really special because, IT'S MY 200TH POST! 

I literally can't believe that I have done that many blog posts! 

I have over 850 comments, 11,000 page views, and now 200 posts! 

I can't wait until my first blog birthday! 

I just have to tell you all thank you so much for supporting me! I have the sweetest followers, you all have been so kind to me. I love you all!

Cargos and Chains.

Hello my dearest fashionistas,

I have an outfit of the day to share with you!

I wore this on Thursday.

Top and tank top- Kohls Cardigan- Forever 21 Cargo pants- GV (Costco) Shoes- Aerosoles (Ross) Earrings- New York and Company

This outfit sort of reminded me of the Disney movie Cadet Kelly (starring Hilary Duff).

For some reason I was feeling a little "army glam". I think it was the cargo pants!

I don't know if you noticed but, these pictures were taken on my front porch (courtesy of my mom). My last two picture sessions have been on the front porch, you'll be seeing the other one soon! I've decided that outfit pictures outside are way better!

Now for a little update. My best guy friend and I are back to normal.

Tomorrow, I'm going over to my friend Madeline's house (hi Mad D, I know you're reading this)!

On Sunday my dad is leaving for a business trip. My mom is flying out on Wednesday to meet up with him for a little vacation. My Nana is coming to stay with my sister and I.

Monday and Tuesday I have standarized testing (barf).

On Thursday I have a geography test.

That's about it!

I'll be doing a post either Sunday or Monday.

How was your Valentines Day?

I spent mine as a single lady and laughed a lot at 'super romantic' couples in the halls at school.

At my school we do singing valentines and your friends buy them and groups come into your class and sing and dance to you.

My best friend Melissa bought me a Justin Beiber (and for the record I do NOT have Beiber fever!) . I had 7 guys serenading me in biology to JB's 'Baby'. Embarrassing? Yes. Hysterical? Yes!

I didn't have a very good day, I got a bad grade on my geography test.

My best guy friend and I are still in a huge fight, it's really stupid.

It's stressing me out!

She Wore What?

So anyways, I wore this to school, a play that my sister's drama class did, and when we went to pick up my best friend and ended up relaxing in the kitchen!

So today, we are going to decorate our real Christmas tree, do some holiday baking (mmm!), and take Christmas card pictures. I love the holidays!

Tomorrow marks the last week until winter break! I'm so excited! Family, friends, and good spirits are lingering in the air!
